- Please print the Service Form emailed to you and complete the top section, including the 'Customer Information' and 'Product Information' fields. Providing accurate details ensures our team can tailor the repair to your specific needs.
- After filling out the form, package your footwear securely for transit and include the completed Service Form inside the package to prevent processing delays.
- Ship your footwear to the dedicated repair facility address provided on the Service Form.
Customers are responsible for all inbound shipping costs.
NOTICE: To ensure the highest quality bond and a professional result, please make sure your footwear is clean enough for our cobblers to work on immediately. If the items are excessively soiled or too dirty to resole without professional sanitation, a $20 cleaning fee will be applied to your order to proceed with the restoration.
