Large silver plated brass J-hook with double ring, 50mm including both parts
This Indonesian hand forged brass clasp has been hammered and then silver plated to imitate Thai Hill Tribe solid silver styles.
It's an attractive clasp, and my experience with other silver plated brass clasps from this source has been good. No plating will last forever, but if the piece you are making will not be used daily these clasps will probably be fine for many years.
At the moment (Fall 2026) worldwide silver prices are so high that most suppliers are not making or importing silver so these large attractive plated J-Hooks might be the only option for this look, at this size.
