Hickory wood chunks are a long-lasting hardwood well known for smoking bacon. Their bold flavor is associated with southern-style barbecue, pairing perfectly with red meats, cheese, and sausage. Ideal for use in the Napoleon Apollo® Water Smoker and Napoleon's Charcoal Grills. Add the fun and flavor of smoke to your gas grill by using the Napoleon Cast Iron Charcoal Tray and Mesquite wood chunks.
