These are pen designs placed on Ink joy gel pens that write in the matching ink to the tip of the pen. Ink refills in black and blue are sold separately in my shop.

All ink joy pens with a white tip, write in a neon white color for black and colored paper. Designs may come on a colored or black tip pen unlike the images shown based on inventory. Ink refills are sold separately in my shop.

Please know that processing times may be longer than usual during launches.
