Use
Fill your bathtub with warm water. Add about 1/2 cup of the bath soak blend to the water. For stronger, more potency, steep the bath soak blend like tea then transfer to bath water. For easy clean-up, place herbs in a muslin bag/cloth sachet or tea infuser. Soak for 20–30 minutes. Rinse off if desired and hydrate well after the bath. Avoid water in the bag!! This is a natural product and does not contain a preservative. Add a little bit of Magnesium Chloride flakes to our Repair and Sleepy options for more benefits!
