The RB408 women's Sublite work is a soft toe ESD shoe that brings the responsiveness of a performance running shoe to static dissipative and slip resistant work. The sublite foam technology reduces weight and the slip resistant tread lets your feet feel and grip the ground. Medial and lateral webbing offers stability and a locked-in fit.
