The QuickDraw Filter is Platypus' standalone hollow-fibre water filter, built to thread straight onto a SmartWater® bottle or Platypus' own QuickDraw reservoirs via its dual inside/outside thread design. At 0.2 microns, it filters out 99.9999% of bacteria and 99.9% of protozoa (including giardia and cryptosporidium), delivering up to 3 litres a minute when squeezed or 1.75 litres a minute set up for gravity filtration. Rated for 1,000 litres before replacement, it's light enough to run as a spare or a full standalone filtration kit without carrying a dedicated reservoir. Suits day walks, overnight hikes and multi-day trips where fast, reliable water treatment matters.
