The Organic Shredded Latex Pillow by Back Support Systems is designed to deliver personalized comfort, superior spinal alignment, and healthier sleep. Crafted with premium organic shredded latex, this pillow offers the perfect balance of contouring support and breathable comfort for every sleep position.
Unlike traditional pillows that lose shape over time, our adjustable shredded latex fill allows you to customize your loft and firmness by simply adding or removing filling. Whether you sleep on your side, back, or stomach, this pillow adapts to your body — not the other way around.
Available in Standard, Queen, and King sizes, this pillow is built for long-lasting support and restorative sleep.
Easily Adjustable Comfort
Every sleeper is different. That’s why this pillow is fully adjustable.
Simply unzip the outer cover and inner liner to remove or add shredded latex fill until you reach your ideal height and firmness.
- Side Sleepers: Use as-is for optimal neck and shoulder alignment. Remove fill as needed for personalized comfort.
- Back Sleepers: Remove approximately 1/4 of the fill to maintain neutral cervical alignment.
- Stomach Sleepers: Remove about 1/3 of the fill for a softer, lower loft feel.
