Your Tailored Experience

• a refundable deposit of $30 is taken to secure your slot on our pet portrait list
• we will initially conduct an email, phone or video consultation to understand your requirements. 
• if you don't want to proceed after the consultation we will issue a full refund
• if you are happy to go ahead a further invoice of $190 will be issued for the remainder of the order
• once we have received the full payment we will then prepare a design and will email it to you for feedback and will adjust if necessary
  
• once you sign off on the design, we aim to make and dispatch the pet portrait scarf within 2 weeks
  
• we currently offer the choice of 16 stock colours and you can choose 2 contrasting colours for a reversible design
