What CE Level 2 means

Level 2 is the higher protection rating: it lets through much less impact force than Level 1, so it's the better choice for highway speeds and longer rides.

• Elbows and shoulders: EN 1621-1 Level 2 – average force passed through the pad must stay at or below 20 kN in the impact test.

Who it's for

Riders whose jacket came with thin foam, no armor, or worn-out inserts. Works with most leather and textile motorcycle gear that has removable armor pockets.

How to fit

1. Open the armor pocket and take out the old insert or foam.
2. Lay the old insert on top of this one, or measure the inside of the pocket, to check the size.
3. Slide the new armor in with the same side facing your body as the old insert, then close the pocket.
