CE Level 1 (EN 1621-1) hip armor pads in black, sold as a pair, made as replacement inserts for riding pants or jackets with removable hip pockets. Hip pads are one of the most commonly missing pieces of armor in entry-level riding pants, so this is an easy way to add certified protection without replacing the whole garment.

What you get

• CE Level 1 (EN 1621-1) hip armor
• Contoured PU foam for a low-profile fit under pants
• Approx. 8 x 4.5 in per pad
• Black, sold as a set of 2 (left and right)

Fit and sizing

Check your garment's hip pocket size before ordering.

Want Level 2?

If you want a higher protection rating, see our CE Level 2 yellow hip protector pads, or compare sets in our armor pad sets collection.

Good to know

Armor inserts add impact protection but do not replace proper riding pants, and no armor prevents all injury.
