Our swim vests are built to meet safety standards through rigorous buoyancy and load testing. While the listed age and weight are recommendations, they reflect the tested safe performance range of each vest.
A swim vest is no longer considered safe when a child:
- Exceeds the maximum weight limit, or
- Outgrows the vest fit (too tight or too loose around the torso or chest).
Fit Tip: Always choose based on your child’s actual size and weight, not just age. This ensures proper buoyancy, comfort, and stability in the water.
Please ensure you follow the product’s specified age, size, and weight guidelines, which are backed by safety and buoyancy testing. Using the product outside these recommendations is at the customer’s own risk and not advised.
