Garshana is a Sanskrit word meaning “to polish.” Exfoliating the body regularly helps to detoxify the body and stimulate the lymphatic and digestive systems, which helps minimize the appearance of cellulite. Scrubbing your entire body with the gloves is not only invigorating, but also leaves your skin feeling incredibly soft! 

Note: Some fraying around the edges of the gloves is normal, and long frays can be snipped away without worry of damaging the gloves. They will get a little more rough over time, which serves to increase their effectiveness.
