Carved from greenstone, with natural variation in colour and pattern from piece to piece, and available in a lighter or darker variant. Each large Hei Matau has a slim, flowing form like a breaking wave, with a curved barb near the top and a second notch cut into the opposite edge, polished to a glossy finish. The Hei Matau takes the form of the stylised fish hook, worn for a vital connection to te moana (the sea), bringing protection and prosperity.

Finished on an adjustable black cord and presented in an eco-friendly box with a meaning and care card.
