Tee valve with both 3/8" threaded compression connections and 1/2" NPT connections.  The branch is a 1/4" push fit connection.

The tee valve is a pass-through design for the flow to the toilet or faucet beyond the fitting.  The valve is used to control the flow to the AquaPurr.
