That's why running barefoot is so healthy

For thousands of years, we humans have been moving around without shoes. We were also born without shoes. So it is in our nature to go about our daily lives without shoes. Orthopaedists have also come to this conclusion and believe that walking barefoot is the most natural and healthy way to move.

However, the modern environment makes barefoot running problematic. Asphalt roads and dirt paths force us to wear stiff, immobile shoes that activate only a few muscles in the feet. The result is weak foot muscles, which in the long run lead to poor foot posture and problems with knees, back and hips!

Imagine it's summer, you're walking barefoot in a meadow and you can feel the grass under your feet - what a liberating feeling! Feldluft Explorers are created to give you that barefoot walking feeling. At the same time, they also relieve muscle problems and foot pain!

With these barefoot shoes, you'll be perfectly prepared for spring. A shoe that's neither too thick nor too thin. Enjoy maximum freedom of movement while walking in the clouds. The Explorer promotes healthy and comfortable walking with a comfortable fit modeled after the anatomy of the healthy foot.
