The Shorty Bar ships in 1-2 weeks. Shorty Bar orders are fulfilled by our partners and will arrive seperately.

The Shorty Bar was built for ultimate versatility—and it’s now a perfect match for your ANCORE/ANCORE Pro. Designed to let you dial in the most efficient width for lat pulldowns, seated rows, and landmine rows, it gives you full control over your cable work.

With 8 adjustment points on each side, you can attach your favorite D-handles exactly where you want them. Flip it over and run your single-attachment accessories for landmine training, or add the optional D-Grips to mimic the feel of a standard lat pulldown bar. The D-Grips install or remove in seconds and are made from flexible TPU for lasting comfort.

Whether it’s mounted on your ANCORE or part of your home gym setup, the Shorty Bar delivers precision, adaptability, and rock-solid build quality.

Note: The Shorty Bar does not include D-handles or carabiners
