The DSPIAE AT-HWP is a precision razor saw for the cuts a hobby knife cannot make cleanly: separating resin parts and supports, removing thick sprue attachments, cutting styrene and brass profiles, and trimming wooden strips to length. The fine-tooth blade leaves a narrow kerf and a smooth face that needs very little cleanup.
The blade is high-carbon manganese steel with a 0.1mm precision-ground open-tooth path, which cuts with less fracturing and stays sharp longer. A blue heat-treated anti-rust finish protects it, and it ships in an oxygen-barrier bag with a light coat of oil (wipe it before first use). The wide 20 x 115mm blade tracks straight on crosscuts, and the red aluminum handle gives a firm, controlled grip. When the teeth wear, only the blade needs replacing.
Hand Saw: the complete saw with handle and blade.
Replace Blade: a spare blade for the AT-HWP handle.
Advanced Set: the saw together with a spare blade.
The teeth are sharp. Keep fingers clear of the cutting line and store the saw in its sleeve or packaging.
