BoaBond Ultimate Trowelable Adhesive is a one-part MS hybrid adhesive for installing FRP, laminate, and decorative wall panels. It spreads from the pail with a notched trowel, making it practical for bonding panels across large surfaces. Use it for a single wall panel or a larger installation where consistent coverage matters.

The adhesive grabs quickly to help hold panels in position, while its approximately 60-minute open time at 73°F gives you time to place and adjust them. Once cured, it forms a permanently flexible bond that accommodates movement between materials. The one-part formula is ready to use without mixing or measuring components.

Surface Preparation

Substrates need to be structurally sound and free of dust, oil, release agents, loose coatings, and standing water. Spread this FRP panel adhesive with a 1/4 in x 1/4 in x 1/4 in square-notch trowel as a baseline, then set panels into the wet adhesive and press or roll the full face for uniform transfer. Brace or mechanically fasten wherever panel weight, memory, or code requires it. This adhesive does not replace code-required mechanical fastening. Remove wet adhesive with a compatible solvent. Cured material has to come off mechanically.
