Nine black frames in two rows around an 18×24 anchor hung landscape at the bottom centre — about 80 inches across, for a long wall or a wide sofa. Two 14×18s and one 11×14 sit landscape, a 12×12 square and a 9×12 add variety, and two matted 8×10s finish the corners.
Five of the nine are unmatted, so the photographs run to the frame edge, and four carry a white mat — the mix of full-bleed and matted is what keeps a nine-frame wall from looking like a grid. All black, two frame lines, one slim look.
Note on the mix: four frames come matted and five do not — plan your prints accordingly: the unmatted frames take a full-size 18×24, 14×18, 12×12 or 9×12, the matted ones an 8×10 or 5×7.
