12 weeks of progressive strength training with a complete Home or Gym option.

If you’re ready to get stronger, tone up, and not have to worry about what you’re going to do next in the gym, but don’t need completely customized training or 1:1 coaching, this is where I want you to start.

Refined Strength gives you 12 weeks of workouts already planned out and ready to go inside the Refined By Iron app hosted on Trainerize. You’ll choose whether you want to train at home or in the gym, and it's ready to go in the palm of your hand.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is changing what they’re doing way too often. They find a workout online, try something different the next week, save a few exercises from Instagram, and eventually they’ve done a whole lot of working out without ever really following a training program.

That’s exactly not what we’re doing here. Your workouts are designed to build on each other over the 12 weeks so you actually have time to get better at the exercises, increase what you’re capable of doing, and see the progress that comes from sticking with a solid plan.

Here’s what you’ll get

You’ll have four strength workouts each week, a dedicated stretching and mobility day, and an optional higher-intensity workout for the weeks when you want a little extra.

Everything is housed inside the Refined By Iron App hosted on Trainerize, where you can pull up your workout, see exercise demonstrations, track what you’re lifting, and keep up with your progress as you go.

You’ll also have daily movement goals and scheduled progress checks built into the program, so you have more than just your workouts to help you keep track of how things are going over the 12 weeks. Everything is already laid out for you inside the Refined By Iron app hosted on Trainerize. Log in, see what’s on the schedule, get your workout done, and track your progress as you go.

Choose from home or gym!

If you choose Home, you’ll need dumbbells, resistance bands, and a foam roller. I built the entire program around training at home, so you’re not going to spend half your workout trying to figure out how to substitute exercises because you don’t have a gym full of equipment.

If you choose Gym, you’ll get a 12-week program built for training in a gym and using the equipment available there.

Both programs follow the same overall progression, and neither one is the “better” option. Pick the one that fits where you’re actually going to train consistently.

And if working out at home is what makes getting your workouts done possible, choose home. You absolutely do not have to train in a gym to reach your goals.

Who is Refined Strength for?

This is a really good fit if you want some direction with your training, but you don’t need or want the level of support that comes with completely customized coaching.

Maybe you’re already going to the gym but spend too much time trying to decide what to do once you get there. Maybe you’ve been working out consistently but feel like you’re just maintaining instead of actually getting stronger. Maybe you want to start strength training at home and need something more structured than collecting workouts from social media.

Or maybe custom coaching simply isn’t in the budget right now, which is totally fine; that doesn’t mean your only other option is to wing it.

For $49, I’ve already taken care of the programming for the next 12 weeks. You don’t have to build your own workouts or wonder what you should be doing next. You just need to follow the plan and put in the work.

One important thing before you buy

Refined Strength is designed to give you a solid training program without the price of completely customized coaching, but I want to be really clear about what that means.

With my 1:1 coaching, I’m building your program around you. I can make changes based on your schedule, your progress, your equipment, injuries or limitations, and what’s happening in your life. You also have direct access to me for coaching and accountability.

That’s not what you’re purchasing here.

With Refined Strength, the programming is already done. You’ll have the workouts, progression, and tools inside the app, but you’ll be responsible for following the plan and staying consistent with it.

And for a lot of people, that’s all they actually need.

If you’re tired of guessing, ready to start getting stronger, and want me to take care of what you’re doing for the next 12 weeks, choose your Home or Gym program and get to work.
