Zone packs a lot of warmth into a jacket that doesn't weigh you down. Filled with 700 fill power GRS-certified recycled down, it's built for cold mountain days when you need proper insulation but still want to keep moving.
The durable recycled nylon ripstop outer stands up to rough mountain life, with extra reinforcement across the shoulders and upper chest where rucksack straps take their toll. There's room for a baselayer and a lightweight fleece underneath too, making Zone slot nicely into your layering system for cold weather hikes, long days at the crag and evenings back at camp.
Zone is warm enough to make a real difference when the temperature drops, without becoming a jacket you only reach for when you've stopped. The 700 fill power down provides welcome insulation on cold days in the hills, with stretch panels at the cuffs and an adjustable hem that keeps cold draughts out and the warmth in.
A PFC-free DWR helps shed light rain and snow, giving the down (and your peace of mind) some extra protection when conditions turn damp.
Mountain jackets have a hard life. We've added a second layer of fabric across the shoulders and upper chest; extra reinforcement against wear from rucksack straps. Two zipped hand pockets and a zipped chest pocket keep essentials secure.
We've also made it easy to throw it on at the base of the crag for long belays, with a two-way zip that lets you access your belay loop. The adjustable wire-peaked hood gives close-fitting protection when the wind picks up - nobody likes getting cold ears!
Zone is filled with 700 fill power 90/10 GRS-certified recycled down. It's recovered from existing products, then carefully cleaned and processed for a new life, delivering all the warmth and performance you'd expect with a smaller environmental footprint.
Paired with a recycled nylon ripstop fabric and treated with a PFC-free DWR, the result is a jacket that treads lighter in the wild places we love.
Cold mountain days when you need more than a lightweight down layer but don't want excessive warmth or bulk. It's at home hiking through cold conditions from Autumn through to Spring, keeping the chill off at a windswept crag and staying on long after you've pitched the tent for the night.
