EZ AeroFlow1 BTA  6-14 Watts (Prototype shown in images)

This BTA system has been designed around two key principles: aerodynamics and versatility.

The system allows you to position your hydration bottles in the optimal aerodynamic location, while the integrated gel storage area sits neatly between your forearms and the high-cone section can be positioned as close to the chin as your cockpit setup allows.

When correctly installed, the system can accommodate a 1-litre upper bottle while remaining within the 250 mm rearward positioning limit from the end of the arm cups. It can also accommodate a lower bottle—a configuration that has consistently produced positive results throughout our aerodynamic testing.

Following extensive testing across multiple configurations, we found this arrangement to provide the most effective and versatile BTA setup.

Hydration & Nutrition Capacity

The integrated storage area can carry approximately 6–8 gels, keeping nutrition easily accessible while riding. It can also be used to store empty gel wrappers after use, helping to keep the cockpit organised.

Depending on your bottle configuration, the system can safely carry up to 2 litres of fluid, making it suitable for long-distance racing and training where increased hydration capacity is required.

The system is also particularly well suited to mono-style cockpits, where careful positioning can deliver significant aerodynamic benefits while maintaining excellent hydration capacity.

Adjustable Positioning

The system uses a standard two-screw 64 mm mounting arrangement and must be installed onto a flat, rigid mounting plate with no flex.

Multiple stack-height options and level adjustment are provided, allowing the system to be fine-tuned to suit the rider, cockpit and aerodynamic position. This adjustability makes it possible to position the bottles and storage system exactly where they perform best for your individual setup.

MJF Manufacturing Technology

The system is manufactured using Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) Powder Bed Fusion technology.

Unlike FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling), commonly used by desktop and home-style 3D printers, MJF produces strong, durable components with consistent material properties and a high-quality finish.

The result is a robust BTA system designed specifically for the demands of high-performance time trial and triathlon use.
