Inspired by the classic tennis shoe, the Haifa is made in leather or suede, or vegan leather, depending on colourway, on a white cupsole, to order and by hand. The women of Masafer Yatta and the South Hebron Hills stitch its panel: the blue of the coast, a rust orange, a cream ground. The band runs along both lace stays and across the heel.
The Name
Named for the city of Haifa, on the sea at the foot of Mount Carmel. This was Resolute's first sneaker, and the pair our co-founder Basel Adra wore in 2025 to collect the Academy Award for No Other Land, the first Palestinian film to win one.
The Panel
One woman embroiders the band square by square, then it travels to the workshop where it is set into the upper by hand. The longest run of tatreez on any sneaker in the collection.
