Be careful, others use mild steel when making their's and they will eventually rust under the clear coat. Also a lot of other people make these and use cheap metallic spray paints and canned clear coat. We use automotive grade clear coat and House of Kolor Candy paints to give it that glistening look. 

*the measurements are from the farthest edge to the farthest edge. Please note that they look slightly smaller than the measurements because of the long tattered pieces on the right side.
