• Results will vary depending on joist spacing, void depth, existing ceiling below, and flanking paths

• If the floor below is a sensitive area (bedroom/living room), consider addressing the ceiling below as well for best results

Installation Summary

1. Lift and remove existing floorboards
2. Apply Green Glue Joist Tape to joists
3. Install 22mm STS TG4 using 50mm cement board screws
4. Install first layer of 5kg MLV
5. Install second layer of 5kg MLV, staggering joints where possible
6. Tape joints and seal perimeter gaps with AC95
7. Install Silent Floor Ultra Underlay
8. Fit carpet finish as normal
