This is a very fun stress toy that is not only calming, but it also helps build hand and finger muscles and bilateral coordination. It is beyond amazing and has a super soft dough feel. You can poke and pinch it and it will retain its shape, then slowly ooze back into a ball. Feels like super soft cookie or bread dough inside a ball.  Filled with very thick clear glue like filling.
