Don't let the lower price fool you! These are good quality lightweight knives with dishwasher safe handles.

Basically the same as the Regular Rosewood line, this is partial tang steel that goes partway through the handle. Black polypropylene nylon waterproof handles, so they can be sanitized. Ideal for someone who has a dishwasher or those looking for a more economical Grohmann set. Perfect for food processing facilities and packing plants as well.
