Lemon Blue Isopods for Sale (Cubaris sp.)
Yellow and blue? Pick a lane... or don't, because it works.
Lemon Blues are a Cubaris from Thailand with a lemony yellow skirt, and when the light hits them just right, their backs flash a bluish shimmer. They take their time breeding, which is part of why they've been one of the most talked-about Cubaris in the hobby for years.
Origin: Thailand.
HPI Preferred Habitat Targets: 72–79°F; supporting relative humidity around 75–90%; keep the lower moist zone continuously damp and aerated while maintaining a smaller surface area that is less wet without allowing the deeper substrate to dry out. Use moderate ventilation and avoid persistent condensation, stagnant air, or saturated soil.

Try supplementing with organic vegetables high in carotenoids (such as pumpkin, carrot, corn, sweet peppers) and dried shrimp. Carotenoids are yellow, orange, and red pigments that are produced by certain plants and algae.

Perfect For: Collectors, display terrariums, and patient keepers.
Ordering: Priced per isopod, with a minimum of 3 per species. Starting a new colony? We recommend 6–20 (see How Many Isopods Should I Get?). Bulk discounts apply automatically.
