GU GELS

GU Original Energy Gels pack quick, effective, and sustained energy to meet the demands of all types of activity, in a convenient packet small enough to fit in your pocket.

The carbohydrates in this 100 calorie packet use non-competing pathways to help maximise carbohydrate absorption without adding stress to the stomach. This handy gel pack also contains sodium, the primary electrolyte lost in sweat, to aid hydration alongside branched-chain amino acids which can reduce mental fatigue and decrease muscle damage.
