These reusable silicone baking mats come in a set of two and measure 30 by 42 cm (11.75 by 16.5 inches) to fit standard cookie sheets and jelly roll pans. Made from food-safe, fibreglass reinforced silicone, the flexible, non-stick, and non-slip liners provide even heating and easy food release without any need for greasing or parchment paper. They feature diagonally cut corners for easy removal from pans and can handle extreme temperatures, being freezer safe down to -40° F (-40° C) and oven safe up to 450° F (232° C). Easy to clean in the dishwasher, these handy mats are great for baking and freezing, though you should never use them as a cutting surface.
