A specially designed plate allows for significant purification of the distillate from impurities by dividing the phlegm into water, which has a higher boiling point, and alcohol - with a lower boiling point. The plate is designed so that the water from the phlegm is returned to the still, and the alcohol vapors go further to the helmet and radiator.

No more sulfur compounds

Our rectification plate will allow you to get rid of the unpleasant odor of fusel oils (isoamyl and isopropyl alcohols) in the final product. The increased copper surface area that the vapor comes into contact with interacts with sulfur compounds and binds them, preventing the unpleasant odor from getting into your favorite drink.

The plates have special nozzles that allow you to adjust the level of phlegm in the plate, and thus you can adjust the level of purification from impurities. If you are distilling raspberries or cherries and, of course, want to get the most aromatic drink possible, you do not use the nozzle in the plate and the phlegm does not stay in the plate at all.

To enhance the rectification effect, i.e. purification, you use a small or large nozzle to create a medium and high level of phlegm in the plate.

For the highest quality distillate, we recommend using the plate together with a deflegmator.
