Rebecca thought she found love with Randy. Unfortunately, Randy was a cheating, lying, good-for-nothing who apparently believed denial was a viable relationship strategy.

After giving him a well-deserved piece of her mind, she was left with a bruised heart and little patience for romance. 

Then Randall came along.

With a wing to cry on, a comforting embrace, and the kind of healthy masculinity that encourages a woman to become the best version of herself, Randall showed Rebecca what being loved truly and properly could look like. 

Her momma warned her about men named Randy. She never said anything about Randall.

And those two L's made all the difference.

One hug led to another, and before long, Rebecca had found herself a love worth keeping.

As for Randy? Well, some birds are best left out in the cold. 

Friends to Lovers celebrates the joy of a right and true love that feels like a safe harbor after a storm and admits that sometimes the difference between heartbreak and happily ever after is simply two L's.
