The meaning
Two words carry this coin: I can. They are the first thing a child needs to believe about themselves and the thing many adults forget. The rest of the front spells out what follows: believe in yourself, and you become hard to stop.
The back is the kind of thing a parent or a good coach says: never doubt what you can do, because you can do anything you set your mind to.
The design
The front is a large monogram: an ornate letter I with CAN across it, framed by scrollwork, with believe in myself and become unstoppable around the rim. The back sets the quote inside a scrolled border with small stars.
