Nylatech® Blue Cast Nylon 6 Sheet. Heat-stabilized blue cast PA6 for machined wear components.
Sold per square foot (SFT): quantity 1 = 1 sq ft. Select a 0.25" to 4" thickness. Standard stock is 2' × 4'; one full sheet contains 8 SFT.
For cut pieces, specify length × width and piece count. The SFT quantity alone does not define a cutting layout.
Consider Nylatech® Blue where heat stabilization is required. Compare Nylatech® Natural for general service or Nylatech® Super Black for a black, heat- and UV-stabilized grade. Nylatech® Food Grade Blue is a different formulation.
Sheet or plate is a starting form for flat wear pads, strips and machined profiles. Plan the part layout and finished thickness before selecting stock.

Allow for machining: dimensions are nominal stock sizes, not finished-part tolerances. Nylon absorbs moisture; consider dimensional change, temperature, chemicals and operating loads when specifying close-fitting parts.
