A study in molten movement, the Blob Bowl is crafted through a sequence of layered gathers—transparent color first, then covered with white, before multiple rounds of molten glass are gathered atop to build dramatic thickness and optical depth. As heat softens the form, the edges are allowed to relax and undulate, creating a soft, organic silhouette unique to each piece. Heavy, substantial, and glowing with internal reflections, the Blob Bowl captures the liquidity of glass in its most expressive state. Its thick profile, combined with the interplay of color and white encasement, offers playful displays of light and artful tactility—making it a sculptural centerpiece for any setting. * Approximate Dimensions: 7" x 7" x 4" * Please note: Each Blob Bowl is individually hand-blown, layered, and heat-shaped, resulting in subtle distinctions of edge formation, thickness, and optical effect that speak to the authenticity of artisan creation. While your piece will closely resemble those pictured, expect nuanced and unique variations—each is solely yours, with its own natural character and beauty.
