Designed and manufactured by Sound Yarn & Fibre, our Circular Hat Knitting Machine is the next evolution of our machine design. Building on the experience gained from our Circular Sock Machine, we’ve carried forward the features our customers value most, including modular construction, quick-removable cams, and easy access for maintenance. The result is a machine designed to be approachable for beginners, reliable for experienced makers, and adaptable for years of use.
Available in 14 colours, each machine is built to the same high standards, giving you the freedom to choose a style that fits your workspace without compromising performance.
The 132-needle cylinder provides the capacity needed for hats and other larger circular projects, while the modular design makes replacement parts and future upgrades simple. Quick-removable cams, a removable yarn guide, and a digital row counter allow easy access to the needles for adjustments, cleaning, and servicing without complicated disassembly or special tools.
Create hats for a wide range of sizes, from children to adults, without needing multiple cylinders. Adjustable tension allows you to customize the finished circumference for everything from snug-fitting beanies to relaxed everyday toques.
A sturdy table mount is included for secure clamping during use. The mount also features two integrated screw holes, allowing permanent installation on a workbench or tabletop for maximum stability. While the clamp provides a convenient temporary setup, permanent mounting is recommended for the smoothest and most consistent cranking experience.
