A plate covered edge to edge in plaid hides a lot: cranberry sauce, gravy drips, and the red velvet crumbs all disappear into the check. Each red plaid square paper plate runs a red and green tartan right up to a deep green scalloped edge, and they come 8 to a pack. At 10" x 10" they hold a full Christmas dinner with ham, sides, and a roll, so these are the ones to put under the main course. Set an 8" round dessert plate on top if you want a layered place setting that stays in the same colors. After the holidays, the plaid carries into a lumberjack party or a Burns Night supper in January.
