Bench by Alama Studio is a refined training bench intended for strength work, mobility, accessory exercises, and curated free-weight spaces. It anchors the room as both a functional training surface and a finished furniture-like object.

The bench can support pressing, seated dumbbell work, step-supported movements, stretching, and general strength programming. Its proportions and material language are intended to coordinate with Alama Studio weights and storage, making it a strong choice for a complete private gym rather than a purely commercial equipment look.

Each made-to-order piece can be specified in Alama Studio's material palette: Alpi wood faces in Striped White, Flamed Kakao, Planked Black, Wavy Fir Blue, or Sottsass Red, paired with steel in satin stainless, mirror-polished/satin stainless, Black Gun PVD, or Rose Gold PVD. The result is fitness equipment that can sit comfortably in a private gym, wellness room, hospitality suite, or design-led residential interior.

• Made to order in Alpi wood and steel finishes.
• Pairs with Alama dumbbells, kettlebells, racks, and storage systems.
• Designed for residential, hospitality, and boutique wellness interiors.
