Our proven 3-step system to teach emotional regulation - the fun way!

Step 1: Story

We start with the Team Supercrew Emotions and Powers Box Set—because stories spark imagination, activate emotional centers in the brain, and help kids remember what they’ve learned. It’s one of the most effective, research-backed ways to build emotional skills that stick.

Step 2: Play

After reading, kids explore and practice new skills through imaginative play with their Team Supercrew Plush and Cape. Research shows play-based learning helps build self-regulation, empathy, and flexible thinking in lasting ways.

Step 3: Support

In-the-moment strategies matter. That’s why the Team Supercrew SOS Kit includes 80 therapist-designed tools—using co-regulation, movement, breathing, and sensory prompts—to help kids feel safe, calm, and connected through meltdowns and tantrums.
