Jadeite has a hardness of 6.5-7, and is exceptionally tough, making it resistant to breaking and chipping. To best care for this necklace, we recommend washing regularly with a soft toothbrush and a grease-cutting dish soap. Do not wear this necklace while using chemicals such as household cleaners or during physical activities, as these could damage the stone. Store separately from other jewellery to prevent the stone from getting scratched.
