Proof your bread dough in one of Komo's beautiful wicker banneton's!

Handmade using untreated wicker cane (also known as rattan), these bannetons are optimal for their robustness, longevity, flexibility, light weight and natural, sustainable beauty.

Relatively easy to care for, these baskets only require complete drying between uses. Try stacking them upside down like a triangle card house. Or wipe them gently a dry cloth/brush to clean out any flour residue. The removable linens make this particularly easy as they can easily be washed in the washing machine!

Perfect for anyone looking for high quality and environmentally friendly products.
