This beautiful sake set features the distinctive soft grey glaze that gives this style its name – “nezumi” meaning “mouse” in Japanese. The delicate texture of this glaze differs from the rougher touch the other styles of Shinoyaki often produce. Slight dimples on the bottle create an easy grip for pouring with ease. 

One of the best known ceramic styles from the Mino region, shinoyaki ceramics are still highly regarded across Japan.
