Feline's legs are well-supported and protected from minor fractures with this non-neoprene compression and support brace, which allows for a wide range of motion while protected.

BRACE APPLICATIONS

  • Hyperflexion or hyperextension of the carpal and tarsal (in cases of severe front leg hyperextension or hyperflexion, use Balto® Bone – Feline).
  • Minor ligament distortions
  • Sprains and strains of the tarsus or carpus
  • Minor fractures of the tarsus or carpus bones
  • Post-surgical support
  • Healthy muscles, ligaments, and joints can all benefit from the structural support and injury prevention offered by this brace.

Learn How Properly Fit the Balto Splint to Your Cat

The superior materials used to make Balto® braces eliminate the need for neoprene - a material that harbours bacteria, offers insufficient support, and wears out rapidly. A snug fit is guaranteed by a range of sizes. Straps should not pinch.

When taking an indoor-outdoor cat outside, take the brace off first.

Veterinarians should be consulted before use in cases involving felines of any age. For pets younger than 2 years old, it may be necessary to use a brace for increments of time in order to avoid any potential growth disruptions.
