Our most refined take on the weathered western fedora, it starts with deep forest green felt, hand-finished in layers of bronze and earth tones for a patina that feels gathered over many seasons. A sculpted teardrop crown with a hand-punched diamond vent rises above a wide brim with a rolled edge, wrapped in golden thread and traced with a line of hand-stitched crosses.

The hatband is built piece by piece: twisted leather cords bound in waxed thread, a mountain-ridge herringbone patch edged by hand, a turquoise-hued bead on a strand of colorful seed beads, a small cactus charm, and a single barred feather laid across the brim. Inside, a smooth silk lining makes it as comfortable as it is striking. It is finished with our signature lightning embroidery.
