The Ocean Kayak Scupper Classic is one of the original sit-on-top kayaks and is considered a landmark design in kayak history. Designed by Tim Niemier in the 1980s, it helped popularize modern sit-on-top kayaks for paddling, fishing, diving, and coastal touring.
This used Scupper Classic is in excellent condition. 8/10. The polyethylene plastic has no deep gouges or scratches. The seats are near new, and all the hatch covers and buckles are in tact.
