• 10oz: Great for replicating the feel of a fight glove – ideal for competition prep and pad work.
• 12oz - 14oz: Perfect for bag and pad sessions. I’m around 80kg with average-sized hands and both sizes fit really well.
• 14oz - 16oz: Best for sparring gloves – depending on your gym’s rules. Both sizes fit comfortably with wraps on.
