Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the ghost holding?

A: An old oil lantern, lit, with a cigar pushed through the mouth hole of the sheet. The lantern glow and the cigar ember are the two light sources in the artwork.

Q: Is this a kid-friendly Halloween design?

A: The ghost itself is friendly and cartoon-classic rather than scary, so it plays well on a porch full of trick-or-treaters.

Q: Which shirt color makes the lantern glow most?

A: Black and Navy, easily - the warm lantern light reads like it is actually glowing against a dark shirt. White gives a cleaner, more illustrated look.

Q: Is the ghost the same on every color?

A: Same artwork across all eight colors. Only the background shade changes, and the sheet keeps its soft edge on every one.

Q: Can I get this personalized?

A: This design prints as shown. For custom work, get in touch through LegacyLayers.com.

Q: How should I wash this cigar shirt?

A: Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and high heat so the lantern glow stays bright.

Q: How does the sizing run?

A: True to size on the Gildan Softstyle blank. Size up if you are between sizes or want it roomier. Available S through 3XL.

Q: Is this a good birthday, Father's Day or Christmas gift?

A: It covers all three. Birthday gift for a Halloween lifer, Father's Day gift for the dad on candy duty, and an easy Christmas gift for any cigar smoker with a sense of humor. We print and ship in 2-5 business days.
