Print shops and custom gift businesses reach for the ORCA royal blue nylon wallet for athletic and school orders, since royal blue is the strongest team color in the range. This sublimation blank is sold 100 per case.
White and light artwork will not print on it, so build designs in dark tones or let light areas become royal blue, which often works in your favor on team logos. Because nylon is heat sensitive, check your first piece at 380 F for 40 to 50 seconds.
Institutional example, priced with the 2.5 to 3 times cost rule many sellers use: an athletic department quoted $13.25 a wallet for 100 pieces totals $1,325 against $424.00 in blanks. Our guide to choosing a blanks supplier covers bulk buying.
