The ORCA 500 Piece Puzzle is a sublimation jigsaw blank sold 40 per case, and 500 is the count people actually finish, which is why it is the puzzle that gets given as a gift.
Print shops and custom gift businesses reach for the 500 piece for family photos, pet portraits and wedding keepsakes, the three orders that land here most often. Supply images at 300 DPI at full size, press flat and let each puzzle cool flat under a weight before separating pieces. Exact dimensions are not in our listing data, so confirm them on your first case.
Personalized 500 piece photo puzzles retail around $40, so for example, at $40 each a case of 40 returns $1,600 against $242.40 in blanks. See our supplier comparison guide.
